For subscription, restore purchase, market data, display, or feature issues, send a support request with your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
Subscription Help
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, then select Bell Countdown to manage or cancel.
Restore Purchases
Open the premium screen in Bell Countdown and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Market Data
Quote feeds and chart data can be delayed, blocked, or unavailable depending on provider status, network conditions, market hours, and symbol support.
